Legacy is a funeral provider offering truly bespoke and personalised services, with profits reinvested back into the community. At the heart of the brand is the belief that people live on through the stories they leave behind. This idea became the foundation of Legacy’s rebrand, shifting its role from a traditional funeral service to a storytelling platform centred around the brand line 'Keep the Story Alive.'
Working closely with the creative director, I helped bring this new vision to life by developing a cohesive suite of brand elements. This included a full website design, environmental signage social media assets and traditional print materials. Each touchpoint was designed to support Legacy's renewed focus on warmth individuality and meaningful storytelling.

The new brand idea, ‘Keep the story alive’, inspired a new chapter for Legacy. Shifting the brand from a funeral provider to a storytelling platform. Keeping people alive in our hearts through the story of their life, not the mourning of their death. This required a complete visual design refresh for the brand and its communications.

For Legacy’s online brand, we created an experience that evoked a sense of calm and warmth. We also developed content that built upon this feeling, helping loved ones live on in our hearts and minds long after the credits have rolled.
